Welcome to Los Angeles! Thank you for choosing our home and we hope you make great memories here.

Here is the check-in instruction. Please read it carefully to check in.

This is how our home looks like.

There are two different units in this duplex home (One on downstairs and the other on upstairs) and you will be staying in one of them.

If you are in the car, please park your car on the near street and get ready to get the key first.

Once you check in, you will be able to park your car in the front of the house.

Please come to the front gate.

You will be able to see the Lock hanging inside of the gate.

The passcode is 0000

Open the gate and come to the entrance doors.

(Please scramble the numbers after you open it)

There are two doors. The left door is for the downstairs unit and the right one is for the upstairs unit.

I will let you know which one you will be staying.

The steel door is not locked. Please open the steel door, then you will see another door with keypad.

Please enter the number that I will give you and twist the opener clockwise. You will be able to open it.

Sometimes, it might happen that the this lock does not lock/unlock perfectly, then just try to push or pull the door a little, then it will lock/unlock without any problem.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THIS DOOR IS LOCKED WHEN YOU GO OUT.

PLEASE DO NOT LOCK THE BOTTOM ONE INSIDE WHEN YOU GO OUT. IF YOU LOCK IT FROM INSIDE, YOU CANNOT GO IN AGAIN.

NEVER USE THE BOTTOM ONE.

Welcome to our home!

Once you come in, please check the kitchen first, then you will see two keys and one garage opener on the kitchen table.

These two keys are for the guests who need to park two cars at home.

If you have only one car, you can just park in the front and you don't even need these two keys. Please keep it in the safe place and return it to me when you check out.

You can open the front gate with the garage opener.

ALWAYS MAKE SURE THIS GATE IS CLOSED.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO HIT THE GATE WITH YOUR CAR when you come in/go out.

You can park up to 2 cars in this home.

If you have two cars, please park one car in the front parking and the other one in the rear parking.

If you have only one car, please park in the front.

Please do not park two cars in the front. The other space for the other guest in the different unit.

In case, you have two cars, you should park one car in the front and the other one in the rear parking space.

When you need to park your car in the rear parking, please drive your car to the alley, (Behind Pizza Hut)

1. Open the alley gate with "Alley Gate Key"

2. Open the rear parking door with "Rear Parking Key"

And ALWAYS MAKE SURE THIS GATE AND DOOR ARE LOCKED.
